Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from Kimberly Diede, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks)

• • Delivered instantly in a link in the Shopify Confirmation email, and also as a backup email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. Also check whether you have used a different email.

Print books fulfilled by BookVault:

• • Most standard print books are printed and shipped by BookVault, our trusted fulfillment partner. Print time is usually 48 - 72 hours (Note that special edition books that do not require special handling by the author can still take 14 days to print). After books are printed, they are shipped using standard postal delivery time. Average US shipping times are 5 to 7 working days.

Signed copies and special editions (shipped by Kimberly Diede):

• • Signed copies and limited special editions are packed and shipped directly by Kimberly Diede. Because these items are prepared with extra care, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Estimated shipping times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
