Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.

  • Once delivered, digital items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at kim@kimberlydiedeauthor.com with clear photos of the issue. If approved, returns will be provided.

Handling fees will be applied to refunds.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any other reason are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products including ebooks and audiobooks
  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalized items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
